"On behalf of the Precision & the Anlev team, I would like to thank you for your time and the invaluable experience (of your training). As we know, the lift industry is quite unique - the majority of management roles are filled by ex-engineers or ex-testers, having trade experience but little actual management knowledge. I have counted myself in that category, rising through the ranks but lacking the edge with the management element, unfortunate not to have had the senior person to guide my experience.
